1. Acceptance of Booking
A booking is considered confirmed once we have received a completed reservation form and the required deposit or full payment. We will send you a confirmation email with your booking details.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit and when it is due will be stated on your confirmation email. If you do not pay the deposit by the due date, your booking may be canceled.
3. Full Payment
In some cases, full payment may be required at the time of booking. This is usually for longer stays or bookings during peak season.
4. Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Our cancellation policy is based on the number of days before your scheduled arrival. The following cancellation fees will apply:

If you do not arrive for your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
7. Changes to Booking
Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and approved by us. We may charge a fee for changes made within 24 hours of check-in.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may be charged an additional fee.
9. Guests and Occupancy
The number of guests allowed per unit is stated in your confirmation email. Extra guests may be charged an additional fee.
10. Pets
Pets are allowed in some units for an additional fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet with you.
11. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay. We will charge the guest’s credit card for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
12. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our units. Smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
13. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your fellow guests.
14. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal property damage or loss.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the property or your breach of this policy.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of [State].
By making a booking, you agree to be bound by this booking policy.
